Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ghost (ghostinterview.dev), operated by ABØ Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Upon purchasing a Ghost Pro subscription ($12.00 USD per month), you receive:

• Unlimited AI-generated interview coaching sessions per day
• Access to all response tones (Confident, Concise, Storytelling, Technical)
• Persistent interview history stored to your Puter account
• Priority access to new features as they are released

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment and remains active for the duration of your subscription period.

Due to the digital nature of this service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges.

However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents access to your paid features, contact us at abostudio.dev@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content intended to deceive employers in a harmful way
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI model through the service
• Share, resell, or transfer your account access to others
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ABØ Studios does not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• AI-generated interview answers will result in employment outcomes
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Results from using the service will be accurate or reliable

AI-generated content is for preparation and coaching purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use the content in real interviews.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABØ STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. This includes loss of profits, loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

In any case, ABØ Studios's total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ABØ Studios in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Ghost relies on third-party services including:

• Puter.js — for AI inference, authentication, and data storage. Subject to Puter's own terms.
• Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
• Vercel — for hosting and analytics.

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party providers.

ABØ Studios retains all rights to the Ghost platform, code, and branding. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use in interview preparation and are not owned by ABØ Studios.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email if we have your contact information.
